What I have: Day 1

Updated: Nov 4, 2020

Today I was reading in 1 Corinthians 14 and for the first time noticed (probably Holy Spirit revelation) that Paul makes the comment that the gift of prophecy is greater than that of speaking in tongues and it really struck me! I began researching what prophecy actually is and it was cool how it is not only prophecy of the future but words of encouragement and rebuke for the church. I have been desiring to operate in the Spirit more in my everyday and because of this revelation I feel very lead to begin asking the Spirit for the gift of prophecy.
